design and code homepage

You need to design a homepage. The company offers people to upload media (images,videos,docs,etc) and then a user can put those media on the web in a easy way. The message I want is that it is very easy to do. I like [login to view URL] on it to get started...but I like how there are arrows saying what is the start and what's next and the end project. That is what I want. You upload your media, choose what you want to do with that media, and then embed code. I have a logo already made. Of course, I want it web 2.0ish. I won't give you a logo you will make the page with a logo placeholder. I have more pages to design so successful here you will have more work. You need to code it wish external css, must validate with xhtml, and have no tables and be very light weight. It will be a html file. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)?
