DJ Logo Design

I'm an independent electronic music artist/DJ looking for a fresh logo design... something simple (easy to read) yet unique, cool and catchy. However simple or intricate the logo, it should be very clean and professional looking (but definitely not corporate or boring) so that it can be used on album covers (physical/digital), magazines (physical/digital), website advertising etc. -basically one logo (in standard required media sizes - full color and black/white) for all media uses. If you want, I can give you a few examples of logos that I like just for reference, but by no means do I want to copy another artist logo style. With this project I am completely flexible and open to your creative ideas... you can feel free to let your imagination run wild and create something totally off the wall crazy! At this time my budget is small, but I think the added bonuses will be that a great logo will bring you as a designer a lot of attention and much more work in the future from not only myself (album cover art work, ads, banners etc.), but other artists/labels who see your logo and ask me about the designer.
