Design a Logo

I need a logo for my mobile app dating site that is going to be a minimalistic cartoon face of a young woman. The graphic will be just her face and enough of her neck to see her scarf (example of scarf below). She's tipping her head down shyly with a subtly flirtatious half-smile. See the attached image. Take that, with even less detail, with a different hairstyle (hairstyle example below). It should be as abstract and minimalistic as possible, while also being really pretty and distinctive. I want her eyes to have very little detail, maybe even just solid-color shapes sort of like the ones in this next picture. Use your discretion on adding lines for eyelids, eyelashes, pupils etc, just try to make it as abstract as possible while also accentuating the effect of big, pretty eyes. [login to view URL] Aside from her eyes (and maybe her cheekbones, and I guess her nose? use your discretion) the only other lines or graphics on her see you see is her hair, which I'll show a picture example for below, and then her mouth, which should be smiling coyly and slightly flirtatiously on one side of her mouth. She is tipping her head down, a bit shyly, but she has a sexy maturity about her as well. The color of the object as a whole should be somewhere in the range of 626cf2, and her eyes, cheekbones should just be a darker shade of blue, somewhere in the range of 222bab. Give her hair like this: [login to view URL] and one of these around her neck: [login to view URL] Maybe make that tie scarf in white, or another shade of blue? Whatever looks good. These is the general idea I'm going for. When you go to actually create it, if you think something I requested just doesn't look right, feel free to change the concept if you think you can improve it.
