Create a LOGO for a Commercial Truck Trader Company

I need a New Logo for a Commercial Truck Trader Company. Please read carefully. This is open to your imagination with the following requirememets met: 1. Logo design must be equal height and width 2. Design must be authoritive - Logo design will be used on website, certificate, social media, advertising, letterhead, etc. It should be authoritive and present a sense of certification and meaning. (more on this below) 3. Transparent background - The logo will be used on a wide variety of background colors and must be Easilly adapted to our requirements. I am not a designer but know I usually find a transparent background in a .png format. Hope that helps. 4. Need Vector file to stick it on my Trucks. 5. Other then that, the design is up to you. 6. Develop a minimum of 15-20 custom logo designs. Winning logo is not necessarilly going to be the cheapest. After review, purchaser will chose to select one as is, or make minor modifications. Freelancer will deliver logo in both high res and low res versions. That should give the right designers the right information for the job. Please look the provided information over thoroughly.
