Company logo design

i'm setting up a new biotechnology-based company and would like a logo designed. the name of the company is 'Halal Healthcare' and the logo must have the letter '4h' in it. the logo design should be futuristic, daring, bold, and state-of-the-art. feel free to be creative about it. a web 2.0 look doesn't hurt either. see attached for the kind of design that i like. all bids should have at least 1 mock-up. bids without a mock-up will not be considered. 25% of your bid will be paid upon selection of the mock-up design; and the rest of the payment will be made following delivery. delivery: must be in .ai or .eps format. font files must be included as well.
