Banner/wallpaper and Icon/logo for video game

I need a wallpaper/banner and icon/logo for a video game we are building. Attached are samples of what i want. You would come up with every part of the design. The character should be Negro (black) as it targets Africans. I need something unique not an edited image online. The name of the game is 'Civil War.' Any other information required would be provided at request. Please endeavor to check out the samples in the attachment to get an idea of what i want, It is important. But you need to be creative, it should be unique.
