Digital Advert/Billboard Design

Hello all! I am looking for someone to design advert content for a digital signage/billboard system. Such is the nature of the platform, the designer should be able to combine a static digital poster with animated text/images or slides if the situation dictates. Previous experience with either magazine/poster advert design would be advatangeous. The ideal person will be an experienced and competent professional in the use of one or more of the following packages Adobe inDesign Adobe Illustrator Microsoft Powerpoint Adobe Flash Adobe Photoshop and any other suitable graphic design software. Ideally you will have a very creative mind as the right person will be able to come up with a effective and aesthetically pleasing design using content derived solely from the advertisers website. Good communication and a rapid turn-around time are essential. I am willing to pay on a 'per deisgn' basis or per 'group of designs'.
