Convert existing catalog to new company name/design

I have changed company name and have a variety (2, 20-page catalogs, 6-8 flyers/cut sheets, etc.) that need to be "updated" to new company name/logo/design that I already have. I would like to use a first project as a demonstration of your skills and a good match between us for continuing additional work. I have a 20-page course catalog in *.pdf format that I would like re-designed so that, as I "franchise" the rights to use that catalog to strategic partners, it is quick, simple, and inexpensive to customize it with their name, logo, and contact information. So, the finished product will be that same course catalog, with my new company's information (instead of the current one), BUT it will be designed so that you can also give me a quote for changing it most economically the next time (for partners to use.) I hold full IP rights, and am a partner in the current company and the full owner of the new one, so this is authorized use and not IP theft. An example page from the course catalog is attached. I will require both a higher rez version for printing and a lower rez version (of the same document) for emailing/web. For the most part, it's a matter of replacing logos and contact information in page footers, though we could discuss what it would take to change colors to match new company graphic standards. An ideal outcome would be a MS Word (*.docx) document, though we can discuss that, and I realize that *.pdf format is more typical.
