Company Logo Illustrated design

Looking to get this done in the next 2-3 days, i'll need a vector image. My budget is 50-100. If I like your work, I'll have plenty of stuff for you in the future. Im looking for a company logo, with a boxing kangaroo beating up on a symbol representing high prices. Im trying to portray that at this site you can get great deals. The placement of each element is like this: Kargaroo on the left, in a boxing pose, punching a price symbol, which is on the right, with his right fist. His left first remains by his face. The business name will be below these two elements. Kargaroo: The kangaroo needs to look mean - tone muscles, aggressive face. But at the same time I want people to laugh when they see this, so make it a little cartoony. You should put an emphasis on the feet by making them larger, give him dark green boxing shorts, and red boxing gloves Price symbol: This im not so sure about. One idea is to have a dollar symbol, like the image attached, that has features of a human face, however im open to suggestions. The symbol should portray the pain of just getting punched. The symbol should be 1/2 the size of the kargaroo and floating in air. Business Name: Also not sure about this. I either want it below the kargaroo and price symbol, or somehow integrated with them. Not sure how this could be done, but im open to ideas. I want the kangaroo and symbol animated and shaded to look 3d, while the business name is 2d.
