Beautiful Top Class Sales Page Design

Hello There! I'm looking to hire a Designer who is at the top of they're game, has a lot of skill and shows insane amounts of creativity. A lot of clients that I work with are Affiliate / Online Internet Marketers that require their boring text based sales pages making into killer designed graphical sales pages. For the past while, I have been designing all the pages myself, however I need to focus on other areas of my business so would like to outsource this part to a fantastic top class designer. The clients will always supply their sales copy, so you don't have to worry about writing, my clients always supply it in a nicely laid out word document, all you have to do is turn it from text into beautiful, elegant design. I'm a designer myself, so I understand and appreciate quality. I'm open to negotiating the price, however I am not looking to pay a premium one-off cost for this, I'm looking for 'trade' prices as I'll be requiring 1 to 2, maybe 3 of these creating every week depending on client demand so I'm looking for a discount on these bulk, recurring orders. I need to know how much you want PER SALES PAGE. I will provide basic tips and guideline training to the winner to help improve the design and make it look like the examples linked above.
