Design and Code html Email Template

We are looking for a designer to design and set up an html email template for us to use across a number of platforms including Shopify and eBay. This will used as a base to email customers engaged through our online store [login to view URL] or through our eBay store. We are actively building a team and the winning bidder will be given the opportunity to get consistent ongoing work. We will provide you with the required email contents and the branding look of our company (including images and fonts), and we would then like a mock-up produced prior to approval and completion of the final coding. The final output needs to be an email template that we can use to automatically capture the correct information from our database and looks like part of our corporate suite of documents.
