Design an Announcement / Advertisement in HMTL5

I need someone that can create stunning ads in HTML5 for viewing on smartphones.

We will be delivering ads via a mobile app to our consumers. The ads must be done in HTML5 and look attractive.

We have the content but need the HTML/HTML5 expertise along with a creative mind to make our ads standout.

This is an ongoing project but to start with we can create 10 Ads.

These are not exactly "Ads". They can be advertisements, but they can also be announcements, competitions, etc. created in a mobile friendly HTML5 output.
