Artwork for a party bus

hello, I have the need for a LOGO and artwork associated with the logo. The artwork will need to be in vector graphics that can be made into a vinyl sign that will stretch the length of an 11 metre bus. Things to consider I dont want the vinyl baner to be expensive, so consideration of a painted base colour and simple graphics would be wise. Graphics that can be manipulated by the vinyl artist would also be good. The LOGO needs to be strong and grab the attention of passer by, and great for branding. The Party bus is called "Hens Bus" so its a themed bus for Hens nites. Wild girl parties, with loud music, pole dancing, drinking.. I think you get the theme.
