Business Card Design - repost

I already have a business card mock up in full color front and back done. I just need a HIGH END QUALITY designer to finish the job RIGHT and insert a new logo to the back side of my card. Detail of this project will contains: 1. Use the original mock up I give you and recreate everything as instructed. The file must be create in illustrator or photoshop whichever format your prefer and send me back the original format when you done. Need to be printed quality ready on silk laminated rounded corner 1/4" standard business card size with bleeds included. OR whatever that call, need to be printer ready. 2. Insert a new logo design in the back of the card. 3. Send back the original format after everything is satisfied. Payment will be 50% upfront, and release after I first see the design, and final 50% when everything is satisfied. I made a mistake posting my budget. Im looking for someone can get this done for $40.
