A small brochure to explain our service offering

Develop a flyer to explain our service offering to hand out at events and distribute publicly. We have a website which we did the writing for ourselves, and I can provide the text we have used previously for you to play with. I am prone to verbosity and struggle to articulate things for marketing purposes. We have a logo in all the usual formats. We may need 2 brochures as we offfer 2 distinct services we prefer to position separately however due to budget constrants may have to start with one. Our website is [login to view URL] Our brand is about sophistication, luxury, expensive cars. The reason for this is that the economics of the service don't make as much sense on cheaper cars. We try to convey this through the communication so we dont have people with say, $20k second hand Corollas wanting us to sell their vehicle. There isnt enough room to move to make the service make sense in that market, whereas a more expensive car, say $60k or above, will have a price range of $10k or more so so it makes sense to hire us to present the car at the top end and yield the best return . Buyers in that market are more discerning so the details matter. The priority is a brochure to explain the sales service. The next priority is one about the detailing / vehicle management service.
