Cartoon sketch needed

Political Cartoon Sketch details: Image of the famous statue of Saddam Hussein, being pulled apart by two American armoured vehicles, one on each side. As they pull the statue apart in front of the crowds of cheering Iraqi's, Moqtada al Sadr, emerges from within. Almost as if he has been contained in the statue. I am willing to spend less than $10 as this is for a non-commercial writing. Once the bid is accepted and the work is submitted, we will have copyrite of the image. We do lots of this stuff, so may me this can be a start.
