Brochure Modifications/ Design/ - repost

I would like to modify the front page of the brochure that we currently have to upgrade it and add appeal. I have added a sketched drawing of what i am trying to achieve. I would like the drawing i have included to look like a plane if possible. I have sketched in the wheels so you can get what i am trying to do. Each section will have details about the various services our company provides, i will supply photos, logo's, images etc that belong in each individual section. i have just posted up two projects "logo, icon" which i want the images to be used into this brochure. I will provide exact text details when i see the drafts as i will have a better idea by then. I would also like to receive a few different drafts of the initial looking design, with various different colours. I would like to have ownership of this completed design in writing as i dont want it replicated. I would like to have a locked PDF file so no one can copy and paste it as well as an unlocked file for our personal use. Im working on the changes for the back of the brochure and will post it up tomorrow which you may also like to do (it will mainly be text) much easier.
