Animated Banner\'s - We are Seeking a Long Term Business Relationship

We have a long term requirement to frequently design high quality flash and html animated banners and we are investigating the quality of companies on Freelancer to see if we can form a long-term relationship with a business. For us we see this first job as the opportunity to display the quality of work that you can produce, and as a result we may award this job to multiple companies so that we can better assess the work quality on here. For this particular job we will are looking to have: - Four animated flash banners designed - Each banner to have five frames - The four sizes are 300x250, 250x250, 160x160, 728x90 While price is always a factor the emphasis for this business relationship will be the high quality work your business can produce. Once we have awarded the job we will be able to provide you more detail about the company that the banners are being designed for.
