Create simple 1 d Images / eBook Covers

I am looking for someone to create xxx, *** extremely professional looking, 1D (one dimensional) report covers.

Please read all of the following and let me know if you totally understand.

#1- I need the finished covers as a vertical rectangles-shaped, not square image

#2- I need you to give me EACH COVER in two different sizes:

A- One needs to be 960-1280 pixels

B- The other need to be 600X 800 AND under 127 KB in file size

Both must be saved as JPG images

#2- all images MUST be 100% royalty free (I need to know exactly WHERE you will get the images from tp verify that they are)

#3 - I will give you the textual content that should be placed on each of the covers, i.e. title, subtitle, Author's name, etc

#4- This will be a work for hire meaning that I will own all the of the write to the finished cover, you must be willing to sigh contract stating this.

This is a very simple job as you can create a template to make them all from.

I do these in about 5 minutes each so DO NOT BID than $3.00 each cover I need XXX for now and I will need more in the very near future from you.
