Create HighRes Image and PDF for Letterhead

I need to create some high resolution artwork for letterhead stationary. The end result will be a PDF with specifications as follows: Artwork Specifications for Letterhead (8.5" x 11") Dimensions Bleed Size: 8.63" x 11.10", 219mm x 282mm, 2588 x 3331 pixels Cut Size: 8.50" x 10.98", 216mm x 279mm, 2551 x 3295 pixels I am attaching the prototype desired. In the final, the color for the top panel should go smoothly from black to blue, the image of the spinning world should be sharp, and both top and bottom header should print on one page. I need the final as a WORD document and as a PDF file. I also have high resolution images for the company logo. I will provide those. ## Deliverables 1) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 2) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
