Design a Banner Concept in in 20 different sizes

Michael Todd True Organics is a US-based skincare company. Our mission is to make the most effective, results oriented organic solutions for healthy, radiant skin. We use as much organics as possible without compromising performance and never use parabens, sulfates, mineral oil, artificial coloring or synthetic fragrance to avoid health concerns. We are looking for a Freelance designer to produce a series of ad banners for our affiliate programs. The series of banners will use a single concept and must be created in 20 different sizes listed below. Each banner will use consistent graphics and text that will be applied appropriately to fit the size of the banner and still maintain a theme. Banners can be animated to increase impact. Below are the banner size requirements: 88x31 120x60 120x90 120x240 120x600 125x125 160x600 180x150 234x60 240x400 250x250 300x100 300x250 300x600 336x280 392x72 468x60 550x480 720x300 728x90 We are constantly producing banners and the expectation is that the designer selected will receive additional work if quality and time expectations are met. Please bid on the project with the expectation that we will make a decision quickly and start designing immediately. Designers should be experienced with producing ads that appeal to a primarily female user base. Deliverable should be a single layered Photoshop file showing all banner sizes with each individual banner it its own group. Attached is a flattened image of a current banner set we are running (not all sizes covered). We believe the banners need more artistic design to be more effective to our primarily female customer base. Please use as a planing guide, but not a style guide. Logo graphics and standard imagery will be provided.
