Book table of contents plus suggestions.

Hello all you writers out there.

I would like to write a book on a subject I am very interested in. See attachment for topic. While I have quite a bit of knowledge, I have little imagination or writing skills.

What I would like from you is probably 2 parts. The first is this project. I would like you to define a table of contents for me. I am thinking 8-12 chapters total. In your list, after each chapter topic, I'd like to you make a list if items I could talk about.

The next part (not on on this bid request) would be for you to take my jumbled words and ghost write the book. Again, this bid request/project is only for the table of contents and the ideas/questions under each one.

There will be no 'milestones'. I will pay the full amount when its finished as its pretty simple as the requirements go.
