Write some Software

I need a configurable flash audio recorder and audio player (two different files).

Recorder should have the following features:

1. A configurable time option (in XML) after which the recorder will open up and start recording

2. A configurable time limit option (in XML) specifying how long the recording can be in seconds

3. The recorder should display a progress bar and coundown showing how many seconds of recording left

Player should have the following features:

1. Should play mp3 files

2. A configurable time option (in XML) after which the audio will start playing

3. A progress bar showing how much of the audio is left
