Before giving you a price and time frame for completion, I would like to discuss some details. 1. Do you want this developed using Flash or you are open to other technologies like HTML5 for example? 2. You mentioned a registration page, that means there will be a database to register users, will there also be some emails sending to the registering user for account confirmation etc.? 3. The hidden objects will be fixed in number and position or you want those details managable at backend? 4. Will the player be able to identify multiple objects within a minute or finding 1 object will end the game? What will happen when user finds a hidden object? There might be some more clarifications.
