Caption builder in Actionscript 3

I need a tool build in actionscript 3 that does the following: 1) Load an image from user file system or passed as parameter to SWF into a movieclip. 2) Allow user to add objects over the image. (screenshot of examples for each) a) Text tool b) Caption bubbles c) Flash object Each of these objects allow for resize, color change, fade, flip -- bring forward/send to back The text tool will have outline, shadow, font style (underline/italics), font color, font align, font size and Font type. 3) Allow user to save image+objects as jpeg ([login to view URL]) The 1st part of the project will be the design. If the design of the tool is not satisfactory then we will not continue the project. After the 1st part we will implement the LOAD+SAVE features. The next part of the project will be each of the 3 tools described above. Please reply with examples of similar projects/implementations that you have done. This must be done in AS3 because of ability to export as JPEG.
