We have an unfinished skin for CS-Cart 2.0.15 that needs to be updated/finished and then also ported over to version 2.1.1 (we are testing a site on both versions). The header menu bar needs to be FLASH or DHTML based or whatever it takes to operate like the menu bar on [login to view URL] Various other modifications building various wrappers/blocks. Must be compatible with last two versions of the three major browsers. Must be ready to begin project within next 72 hours and devote full attention to it. I can provide more detailed information to pre-qualified providers. You MUST be a good communicator *with attention to detail* and provide at least 4 hours overlap with Pacific Timezone (GMT-for realtime communication. This is a tight budget, so I need really good value on this, but the successful provider will get future business from me on new projects.
