Banner design for property web site

I quickly need a simple but effective flash banner, something around 750 x 150 or so – it’s to fit 800 x 600 viewing. It’s for a property-based website and the firm’s company colours are red and white. The client has a desire for a red background with white text, the design must not be too contemporary but still have a modern feel. The client also would like an auctioneer’s gavel incorporated somewhere. There's also the logo of his professional association and a little house / image that he uses on his letter head as his logo at present. These elements aren't essential, just possibilities. I have warned my client that too much bold red could be garish and he agrees - so even if it’s toned down a bit, he’s happy. Various images of rural and village Ireland [I will supply these] could be incorporated into the banner, perhaps scrolling past with the company keywords in background behind. I will notify the winning bidder at around 1500 GMT 22 Feb and a few hours later I will give you the url of the website in its present state. I would then you to send me a few quick ideas which I will run past my client. I will then confirm these before 2300 GMT and I will expect the finished work within 24 hrs or so from then. Hopefully it will work as smoothly as that! Although this is a small quickie, there is the possibility of much more work if I can find the right designer, even on this website.
