Animation clip

Hello I need someone who is able to draw and animate the attached document. In the attached document is a basic story line for the animation clip. There will be two characters that will be based on real life people, and attached is a photo of these two people. The other person can look like anyone, but must stay along the same style of drawing. This is to be a flash animation that will be used on our home page of our website. I would like there to be sound, but only of the animation clip movements, we do not want music in the background. So first of all, the scenes and characters must be drawn, then I need the animation clip to be made from the drawings. Only bid on this project if you have excellent drawing and animation skills. You must be able to commit to this job and not let it run past your chosen deadline, as other work is always being scheduled and we cannot afford to miss deadlines.
