ActionScript .FLA adjustment of flash page.

I have the source for this template: [login to view URL] I need some adjustments to the actionscript, currently most of the site is generated through XML but the basic adjustments i need are as follows: Variable in XML: Music autoplay: ON/OFF (This will by default have the music on or off when the page loads) Images/Links: right now the small gallery images have an associated large gallery image file, if this isn't a file but a URL it should play the animation to load the image (looping) but also redirect the browser so it plays while the browser loads the URL. Logo Image: Right now the logo is embedded into the .fla (.swf), you will take out the logo and make a variable in XML that holds the logo png/gif/jpg and uses that instead. Flags at the top: In the blank area at the top right, it will say "We speak your language" and have 8 animated waving flags for different countries. These will also link to different pages (we'll have multiple versions for each language). I will provide all necessary source files including .fla .psd and fonts.
