clips creation from flash Database

I'm looking for system which could take animation elements from database and insert them through advanced Flash (version 8) and actionscripting (version 2.0) to a motion picture of 10 seconds. The system will integrate to Macromedia Flash Remoting MX. I don't really care what kind of database. The motion picture will be split to 7 layers each segment will comprise of : Text animation of the text Picture animation of the picture Back round Animation of backround Music It's for windows, basically I want to insert 5 kinds 10 sec clips to the system. The system will need to render the same clips but with different picture and text that will be uploaded as needed. I will deliver the clips (the SLA files) and you need to transform them to a code through actionscripting to a advanced Flash (version 8). As I said, I need the option to change the different elements. Thanks
