I am looking for someone to take a template (just skin) for a dating site and bring it to completion, up and running, fully functional site. Coding/database/admin panel. Also, some editing to the design (replacing pictures, wording, etc.) I am looking for someone with coding experience (previous dating site work), a professional who takes the work and site security seriously. Who takes into consideration site growth and so on when coding and allows for such things to avoid breakage in site function. Template: [login to view URL] I would prefer it to not be Flash, but I do however want the movement of the pictures on the homepage...so an alternative would be needed (HTLM5). The Admin Panel must be very user friendly.
