Collecting Data From Financial/Annual Reports of FTSE 100 Companies for entry into Excel or OpenOffice Spreadsheet

Data Required for every Year From/Including 2000 to 2011:

Number of Shares Bought by Executive & Non-Ececutive Directors over the year

Number of Shares Sold by Executive & Non-Ececutive Directors over the year

High Share Price for the Year

Low Share Price for the Year

Price at Opening of the Year

Price at Closing of the Year

Notes for project:

Data for the first two metrics can be found in a Company's Annual Reports however

- it is often displayed differently or in a different part of the report for different companies

- it is often shown as each directors holdings last year and this year with the difference needing to be computed by the Gatherer.

Much of the Data will be missing for certain years if a company's archive does not go back that far, in this case i require all the Data available with notes pointing out where/which Data is missing.
