Diagnose Quicken, Excel formula problem

I have my finances in Quicken. Then I export some summary data to Excel so I can project account balances. I have a check in place, which is last month's balance plus this month's income minus this month's expenses should equal this month's balance. For some reason that check isn't working, and I'm looking for someone to figure out why and suggest better ways to do what I'm achieving. You'll have to get into the details of both the Excel file and the Quicken file to find out what the problem is. This could take you ten minutes or five hours, I have no idea. Depending on how things go there could be more bookkeeping work in the future. Confidentiality is critical.
