Design me a reversible winch, complete 3 phase motor and gearbox.

I need to design a reversible winch and frame to suit the deployment and storage of chains. This winch will be driven by a 415Volt 50Hz, 3 phase motor and a separate gearbox. This winch will be powered by a variable speed drive (VVVF) that will allow the end user to vary the speed of the winch. As the chain winds onto the winch it will have a gearing effect, this will increase the speed on which the chain wraps onto the winch, it is envisaged that this speed is no faster than 200mm/second at 50 Hz (this will eventually be controlled by the VSD) It is envisaged that the the winch design will be pretty much unchanged between each model we manufacture, however the mounting frame and drum diameter will be customised to each application. We wish to work with our designer on each application, ensuring that the winch is designed to suit the end user, so the successful freelancer will win ongoing work if the quality/time for completion/costs are of a high standard. The successful freelancer will be responsible for the following: *Select the gearbox and motor size (include the make and models, have to be available in the Australian market, try [login to view URL]) *A full set of CAD Drawings (in DWG and PDF format) including an overview/general layout drawing, an exploded view drawing, a full detailed drawing for each individual part/item that has to be manufactured. *Ongoing product support and design modification at a given hourly rate, quoted for each task given. The successful freelancer will be given more detail on what we are trying to achieve, including detailed drawings on our 13 models of chains. We have had some preliminary work completed to work out drum diameter sizing and torques required, although this will need to be checked by the successful freelancer, this info will be given to the freelancer. This Initial project is for the deign of ONE WINCH ONLY, the specifics of which will given to the freelancer. A photo of a winch (which we have previously installed) is attached.
