Design our product concept of outdoor freestanding spray machine

Design required for an outdoor, freestanding spray machine. We require design of the product (guidelines provided), as well as the mechanics to make the product function. The machine will spray various liquids through nozzles. The functionality will be that similar of a spray tan machine (to give you a reference). We will require CAD drawing and exploded view of the product. Basically, we have a concept idea and require someone to design it. I'm pretty sure CAD is the best way (perhaps in mistaken). The machine itself is to spray people with sun screen. User will pay through a built in payment (cash, card, Apple Pay for example). The machine will spray them based on what type of sun screen they choose. We have this idea with a rough idea of the physical design in our heads. But we need someone to interpret this and design the product, along with the functions of how it will work. (Perhaps an electrical engineer is required separately and we will only get the general design from this contest?). This is the first time we are trying to bring a product like this to prototype stage, so apologies if it sounds a bit unclear! Please review the attached file for the product concept before you bid.
