Design a customized work platform with specific requirements

I need to have a basic design for a work platform to hold specialized mixing machines. I have a list of specs, and a basic sketch of this concept, but would need a more professional design to approach the market with for testing the uptake. Attached is an existing design that is close to what I am looking for, but needs adjusting.
I dont know how much work, or how long it takes to draw up, or how many ongoing adjustments will be needed, so your help, feedback, and suggestions are much appreciated.
