Computer Vision Project on registration images

The project is about registering brain CT images. Using Matlab Computer Vision System Toolbox or Image Processing Toolbox, the task is to take brain CT images of pacients and register them with the examplery one to see important features. The project is more a research, also bad approaches may be included, and conclusion why they are bad. It is a small project, containing just few examples. Also a little code in matlab. It is preferred to use already build-in matlab functions, especially from these toolboxes (-> [login to view URL]) .The images of examplary and patients brains are provided by me.
