A small change on a web site (joomla)

I have created a web site by using Joomla (Joomla_1.5.17-Stable-Full_Package-TR). I have added images to my site. But I have used MS Paint by working on the images. So, the image qualities and their possisions in the site are not good.

1.)I want you to solve this problem.

2.)I want you to change colours of some of my texts

3.)I want you to create 2 flash and add them to the site.

You can find other details in all_in folder that i have attached.

**I have added (it is too big. I hope i can:) the whole site and all the images and others that the coder will nedd.
