apartment renovation change to two architect required

1. i have sent you a copy of the current apartment i should note additional information that the building is already build therefore there is no opportunity to change windows locations so what we have as the perimeter of this apartment must stay. 2. so there are currently 3 window areas you could say one leads to a balcony its pretty clear which one of the three is leading to a balcony. 3. The main entrance door i can envisage must stay but as you enter apartment there will be a small hallway and a door going left or right this must be the two entrance doors to each apartment but clearly the two entrance doors to the two new apartments are within the current apartment. 4. Each of the two apartments must be entirely separate therefore there are no common areas each pen must have a shower toilet bathroom and kitchenette type set up. 5 The importing thing to note is because this is a top floor apartment all the wet areas need to be retained firstly on right hand side walking in in the area which is currently the kitchen and on the left hand apartment where the bathroom and toilet is but the existing toilets location must stay, because its concrete floors toilets with emacerator pumps will be used so existing waste can be used. 6 I also sent you two flour plans as example of what can be achieved within two spaces which we will be creating they are only examples but its important to note that internally they have used sliding doors maximising space you can also not they have left enough room so you can get out of the bed.
