Affiliate program

I need someone who can setup a affiliate program on my website. I own a web design business so information regarding this will help. I want people to sign up and promote my website url when they sign up they get a specific url just for them which will record how many people they bring to our website, this will then get them paid fixed $$ monthly. example 1000 website clicks = $3 Another will be website package signups. They will have a url and if anyone buys a website package say a package is $450 they will get 10% commission payable at the end of the month, I will pay them this.
