Avatar

I am looking for someone to create an avatar program. I own a business that deals with math kits. It uses base ten materials and numbered cards. Base ten materials are a group of beads in which children learn the hierarchy of numbers. Base ten is broken up in to units, single unit just one unit, a rod ten units together, a square which is ten rods together, and a cube ten squares. The numbered cards would be broken up on the same level except instead of two cubes their will be a 2000 card. Parents have said that the kit does wonders for their kids but they find it tedious and boring. I am looking for some one to create a "game" so that kids would have a better time doing math. In the game I would like to have the kids be able to create an interactive avatar. The avatar should be able to help kids with lessons and make it more interactive. For instance the game would come up with an addition equation and the avatar would be able to get base ten materials along with a set of numbered cards and show them how to do the problem. The kids would then get a new equation where they would work it out on their own. An example is the avatar is given the problem of 2314 + 1465 the avatar would go to the bank and get the proper base ten materials and cards show the kids how to do it with the units and the cards and reach the total sum of 3779. I do not know a lot about computers so I am going to have a lot of questions. (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
