Hi there! I need a :
Arduino Uno to control a 5V DC motor with pulley which drive a 16mm disk spins at 60.5 rpm, resolution of 0.1 rpm is required . That needs a tachometer reading 4 bars on the side of disk, and calculating the timing, and adjust the output voltage to DC motor faster or slower. Please note that the tachnometer is not included in the design, I got it already. The response time must be as fast as possible, multi-pins of PWM output is required. I need the voltage to dive the motor very smooth, and therefore linear DC output to motor is required.
Hi there, there's few clarifications I need to do about this project,
Is it the PCB that you need to do ? Or is it the Arduino code ?
And what are the specifications of the motor and tachometer ?
Is it possible to increase the number of bars around the disk(this will help you in getting a faster response, if necessary) ?
Why do you need multiple PWM outputs form the Arduino ? (because if an Linear Power Supply is used we can omit the L298 perhaps)
Is it required to rotate the motor to both directions ?
Please answer these questions and I can help you better.
Thanks !

Hi,
I am Embedded System Design and Development Engineer. I have expertise in Microcontroller Programming and development on AVR (ATmega and ATtiny), Arduino and ARM (Cortex M0 and Cortex M4) in C/C++/Assembly Language.
I have good experience in motor control using arduino and have understood all the requirements of the project.
I believe in providing superb quality provided that the deadlines are met. Moreover, during the course of my project I would keep you updated regarding the status.
Looking forward to hear from you

Dear Sir,
I am perfect for this job and already done similar job.
Presuming from your attachment, you already have the circuit assembled for test?
Thanks,
Sam
Hi,
Many yeas experience in electronics including control systems such as you are describing. Many factors influence the design of the system so a few questions:-
What sort of load is the disc going to subjected to? Is the load inertial? How much does the load vary and how rapidly, i.e. what sort of response time does the system need to cope with.
From start up how quickly does the disc need to reach it operating velocity? i.e. acceleration.
What do you need to be delivered? Just the code and a design or a working prototype?
The stability you have asked for is not that hard to achieve, and it is more likely to be a control quality issue then a supply voltage issue.
The details of the motor you are using would be very helpful.
Regards and good luck with your project, Happy to chat about it if you think I can help.

Hi,
I read your project description. According to that you need to maintain the speed of a DC motor. A tachometer is used to get feedback. I can help you with this project.
I have done several electronic projects in the past. Some of them includes Arduino and encoders. I have also done a time crucial project.
You may contact me for further clarification
Kind regards,
