Ardurino water temperature controller

I want to use an Arduino UNO with a relay board to control a water cooling unit. General guidelines are: 1.- Analog Inputs are from NTC type temperature sensors 10 kohm at 25 C. Water In Temperature, Water Out Temperature and ambient Temperature 2.- Digital inputs needed for status of system, like hig pressure, low pressure, water flow, remote on/off, multifuntion 3.- Digital Outputs needed are: water cooling signal stage 1 ( WCS1 ) , water cooling signal stage 2 ( WCS1 ), water pump signal1, ( WPS1 ),water pump signal2, ( WPS2 ), alarm 4.- Control strategy must be implemeted as a thermostat with adjustable parameters, setpoint, differential- hysteresis 5.- Anti cycle timer for WCS1 and WCS2, minimum on time, minimun off time 6.- Alarm and data history needed 7.- Data must be displayed on an LCD 8.- LCD text Menus must be implemented for: unit status, alarm history, setpoint adjustment, advanced configuration, language and units selection 9.- Data can be displyed/entered in Metric units or English units As this is a project to be implemented on real units there may be variations and changes to the specs, so these are not definitive but I know that we need to set an initial goal, so be opened for grow this project through time, obviously at an extra cost.
