Build a Prototype of Virtual Reality Suit+Instructions

I need someone to build a prototype of the attached design. The design is for a virtual reality suit with augmented reality and virtual reality applications, it runs on android 4.4, has a build in 16.1MP front camera for augmented reality viewing, and has vibration motion stimulations. The suit also has a two way transistor and quad core processor. Also the suit can be made out of high quality microfiber material or the same material as a Suana Sweat suit. I also want the virtual reality suit to have a cooling pad in it. After all this I want step by step instructions including a material list on how to build your own for a price that is under $50. My whole budget for this entire prototype process will be $800 to $1000. Please let me know what you think in your proposal below. Nothing in the suit can be 3D printed or require expensive tools, at least in the instructions, this is a DIY project. I want the project to be simple enough for someone to build themselves. The project needs you to make the suit and as you are making the suit I need you to provide a step by step instructions of the materials, the price list, the procedure and how to completely build the suit for people who want to build something like this for under 50. What I will require at the end are those instructions in a pdf, a picture of the suit, and a video demo of the suit working. I want to basically be able to sell the instructions. The suit will require all the things in the proposal description, will be cloth like material made, and things like that, the glasses will require a non cloth material. The glasses will have a 16.1 mega pixel camera in the front. The whole suit will have a quadcore processor, and a two way transistor.
