Hello aguihan, Your project work requires clear understanding of power supply topologies. I have design experience of different power supply converter and inverter topologies like buck, boost, buck-boost, cuck, multilevel. Considering the repair work, estimation is really very difficult. Hello, In my previous organization, 90W to 180W power supply(SLA Charger) was procured from china which is used for electrical vehicle. It had fuse, MOSFET blown, diode failure, transformer burnt etc., so the cost of the maintenance increased because organisation had only one option to replace the charger to customer. Organization looked for a resource to develop new charger design and service support to existing china made charger. I was recruited and reduced the organization maintenance cost with effective service support for the faulty power supply. And warranty period extended so. I am very much suitable for this analysis and repair. I have quoted my bid which does not includes the shipping cost of the 60 boards.
