I have experienced building RC planes. I use wirelessmodule contact between two Arduino bord. I think you project need window app to control Sumobot. I have plan to make you project. 1. Create window app it can send data to Arduino useing Bluetooth. 2. Create Arduino code to Receive data from Bluetooth module and use it to control two servo motor, The servo motor drive two wheels left and right. 3. Power of Sumobot use 7.4v Li-Po Battery ,I have to make sensor for check voltage when Battery low it can save the Li-Po Battery.
