Design an induction heater/cooker circuit

I need an induction heater/cooker designed that can be controlled using a microcontroller like Arduino. I need to be able to heat the workpiece (usually a metallic piece a couple of inches wide) between 50 and 120 degree celsius and be able to control the temperature very precisely (<= +- 0.5 degrees)
The power circuit needs to be an arduino shield and just one board. It needs to be as small as possible so a >= 2 layer PCB would be preferred. I would prefer if the power circuit is no bigger than an arduino itself.
