Currently we are using a hand wired board to hold 4 sockets and connect them to wires that are attached to an A/D board. We need someone to layout a simple board to hold four (4) 4x2 90° thru hole sockets and run traces to a on-board 10V regulated power supply and signal lines to a serial of holes that wires can be soldered into which connect to terminals on a commerical USB A/D board. It's really simple. Most of the work has already been done and is contained in the attached files. What we need is a CAD file and a BOM to send to an on-line fabricator to run 10 boards. The present system has a bunch of pull up resistors and caps for some digital I/O on the AD. These are not needed and should be removed from the schematic and the CAD. The sockets we want to use are ED58408-DN Conn IC Dip Socket 8 Pos Gold which can be sourced from Digikey (or whoever). We just want the CAD File and BOM to submit on line. A schematic and nearly completed version are attached to this submission. We'll plug the sensors into the sockets and bolt them to the PCB. The A/D board will be attached to the other side of the PCB (where there will probably be a ground plane). The sensors have signal level of 0 to 40 mV so we'd like to pick up as little noise as possible.

Hello! it sounds easy, but please check me. am i right you are going to get changed scheme and PCB (attached files) and gerber files for manufacture a) remove R3-R7 and C4-C7 b) remove U1-U4 c) add four (4) IC sockets - ED58408-DN d) signal tracks from IC (socket) go to the board edge and end as thru holes (for solder VIA) e) ICs should be supplied from U5 (10V) f) ICs mount at PCB ("We'll plug the sensors into the sockets and bolt them to the PCB"). send data about sensors used if all it is true - I 'll complete for 2-3 days. you may control all steps - scheme modification, PCB layout and PCB 3d model wait for your answer

There are some issues with current layout but it is almost done. So you need to create a BOM? What about the one you have in the zip file? You also need gerber files, is that right? Do you intend to ask the company who will build the boards to mount it? Do you have any preference for pressure sensors alignment?
