Delphi 2010/Firebird - sync with MySQLi tables of Joomla 2.5 website

For an existing Delphi 2010/Firebird SQL project I need a Delphi 2010 compatible source code (and .exe for demo purposes) which does the following: Connect to my Joomla 2.5 website MySQLi tables (we need a settings file with host, username, database name, password etc) and download/upload the data from the user table of the component “Account Expiration Control” (AEC), a membership site component ([login to view URL]). I want to be able to download this data into a table in the local Firebird database, and also be able to upload the data from the Firebird database into the website. The demo should have a button “Download” (for downloading the data from the website and overwriting the local data) and a button “Upload” (for uploading and overwriting the data which is online). You can use UniDAC for this project. Maximum budget 100 USD. Will prefer Russian speaking freelancers. Thanks.
