We are developing an application for schools. Administrator can change Homepage of internet browsers. Chrome moved homepage from "Preferences" to "Secure Preferences" file. We couldn't find a way to change it yet. When we change it, Chrome reverts it back. So we need someone to write this function and help us to accomplish this.

Could you please provide more details about the client Computer (students) and the way you're going to execute the function. Do you want the function to be able to change it every time the student logs in to the system. Do you want it strictly in Delphi or any other ..Net related language is ok. I'll revise my proposal once I have an answer Thanks, waseem
